2. RESERVATIONS
In order to subscribe to one of our excursions, a) a prerequisite is the unconditional acceptance of the terms herein, and b) an advance payment equal to 30% of its value. Telephone or other bookings not accompanied by such advance deposit do not bind the office. The balance must be paid before departure. 3. SERVICES:

Our agency makes every effort to make your trip comfortable and the services you have paid for are listed on the itinerary. But there are cases, we believe, that go beyond our mediating role and that we are unable to anticipate or control such as changes, delays or cancellations of scheduled schedules of any kind. Unforeseen situations may make it necessary to differentiate the program before departure or during the excursion.

1. Prior to departure, the agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to irregularities such as delays, cancellations by means of transport, changes in hotel class due to problems with building facilities or improper control of hotel bookings; or even because of emergencies occurring in the country where the trip takes place. Such events are, for example, weather conditions, epidemics, fires, floods, earthquakes, disasters, strikes, political events, war or threat of war, hijackings, terrorist acts, riots, etc.

In these cases the client / traveler has 3 alternatives:
- Accept the change.
- To buy another tour of our office, with offset price.
- Cancel his trip with a refund of all the money paid after deducting administrative expenses.

2. During the journey the commander or local representative has the right to make changes to the itinerary when dealing with an emergency event, such as cancellations or delays of means of transport or even events of force majeure (war, coup, earthquake, etc.). .). All extraordinary expenses (extra nights, meals, transportation, etc.) are borne by the traveler since the nature of these events makes it impossible to predict them.

4. CANCELLATION OF TOUR
Our Company has the right to cancel any trip for the following reasons:

  • In the event of force majeure events (as mentioned above) at any time. In this case, our agency is obliged to reimburse the participants in full the amount of money they have already paid, excluding administrative expenses, as stated in the cancellation clause.
  • Limited participation (airline programs require a minimum attendance of 16-20 and for road programs a minimum of 25 persons). In this case our company is obliged to inform the participants 5 days before departure of the tour to return them in full. the amount of money that has already been paid minus administrative costs, as stated in the cancellation clause.

Also in cases of limited participation, the excursion can be made at the expense indicated on the excursion schedule and is not a reason for cancellation. The charge is determined by existing entries and the customer is informed of the additional cost upon booking.

Our Company may, at its sole discretion, serve travelers to secure such documents and is not responsible for any failure to issue or approve them by the competent authorities to which the client must contact.

The Company reserves the right to interrupt the travel of a traveler and arrange for him / her to travel to Greece if he or she or his or her other travelers are at risk in their judgment.

Luggage: Every traveler is entitled to carry with him a suitcase up to 20 kg in weight and a luggage of 53cm X 26cm X 23cm. In air travel the weight of luggage may not exceed (20) twenty kilos and airlines allow only one (5) five luggage baggage in the cabin of the aircraft. In the case of overweight you are required to pay the airline's departure fee at the time of departure. The traveler is obliged to comply with the airline's guidelines, regulations and general airline baggage policy and our Company bears no responsibility whatsoever.

In case of damage or loss or delay of baggage, the airline (and in no case the agency) will reimburse the traveler only for the weight of the baggage, under the Treaty of Warsaw, regardless of the value of the baggage. Therefore do not place high value items on your luggage.

Complaints:
Any complaints should be reported immediately to our Leader or our local representative who will endeavor to satisfy your request. There can be no return complaints without similar protests during the excursion to enable us to take care of what bothers you and is contrary to our original contract.

6. INCLUDING SERVICES
Air tickets:
Group air travel is based on economy class tickets and is based on group fares that require a certain minimum number of travelers (which varies depending on the trip) and are subject to stay and stopover restrictions. Air travel of individual travelers is carried out with seat tickets depending on the preference of travelers. Airlines can change the routes and types of aircraft without any warning. In no case can our Company intervene in the airline in order to limit any intermediate stations and the waiting time for the responses. The terms on the back of the air ticket, issued in the name of the traveler, are the customer's contract directly with the airline, in which our company has mediated to secure the seat and not the air transport. Although these terms are based on international conventions, there are certain airlines that limit or exclude their obligation to be subject to international conventions.
The airlines have the exclusive control and responsibility for the performed air routes, and our Company cannot intervene and bears no responsibility in this regard. Thus, it is indicatively mentioned that IPSIPETIS TRAVEL is not responsible for any changes that occur from the airlines for operational reasons in the types of aircraft, in the flight schedule, in the intermediate stations (transit) etc., in the departure or arrival times of the flights etc. , as well as for the selection of seats (seat number, smoking or non-smoking seats, etc.), for any larger number of reservations than the number of aircraft seats (overbooking) etc .. In the last e.g. In this case of overbooking, it is possible that there is even a confirmed and coded position, but the airline for any reason refuses to board the aircraft, without the company bearing any responsibility.
If the domestic flights (add on, domestic) are not requested during the availability request but with a delay, in case the corresponding fare is not found you will be charged at system prices (full fare). Any modification cancellation requested after the ticket is issued, has cancellations. Domestic flights are booked with a minimum of five hours from the international flight. In case the client or the office that represents him does not wish to comply with it, he assumes the responsibility but also the reservation and issuance of the ticket.

Hotels:
The category of hotels is in accordance with the tourist organization of the country to which they belong. However, since there is no single internationally accepted criterion for this ranking, it makes sense for different hotels to differ from each other, even if they belong to the same category. These cases are mentioned in the description of the programs.
Unless otherwise specified, accommodation is in standard rooms. If the traveler paying the difference receives a single room, this in no way means that his room will be spacious or in a better position. If you wish to have a double bed in a double room you must tell us during your registration. Our company will try to ensure it for you, but it can not guarantee its achievement. It is recommended to avoid triple rooms, which are usually double with the addition of a third rollaway bed and therefore not comfortable. The choice of rooms, floor, etc., is made by the hotel management alone, which is solely responsible for all services provided by the hotel (meals, room-service, etc.).

According to international regulations hotel rooms are delivered at 12:00 and picked up at 14:00, regardless of the arrival and departure time of guests. In case you wish to book the room longer than scheduled or pick it up earlier, you will have to agree with the hotel reception and pay the amount requested. As our company does not exercise any control over hotels and room reservations, it is possible to be notified at the last minute by the destination hotel that rooms reserved for travelers cannot be made available for any reason (such as when the hotel has booked a larger number of rooms than its capacity = overbooking, etc.). In this case the Company will replace the room with another hotel room of the same category or if this is not possible with a lower class hotel room and will return the difference to the customer, without the Company bearing any further responsibility or obligation.

Coach:Changing places is mandatory every day, by all travelers without exception.

Meal Plan: In the choice of half board (breakfast and a main meal) the choice of lunch or dinner is made by the Company depending on the program of each day. The focus of the excursionists is group. Drinks are not included in the price.

Leader / Guide
Our organized group trips are accompanied by an experienced and language partner, who takes care of the smooth execution of the program and a) receives the group from the day of departure to the day of return to Greece or b) receives the group at the first night station and delivers it to the last night station, depending on the excursion schedule. During the tours, the Leader / Escort works as a translator for the local English speaking guide. On board the flight attendant has no more rights than any other traveler, so any omissions or responsibilities during the flight should only be claimed by the airline as defined by the Warsaw Pact.

The company reserves the right to replace the leader / escort during the excursion due to exceptional circumstances

In some cases the escort is carried out with local representatives. The local representatives usually meet the client at his hotel by appointment and give him the basic information and directions for the destination. The responsibilities of local representatives do not include:

- the pick-up and drop-off of the group from and to the airport to the respective destination by a local English-speaking guide.
- His participation in his guided tours and optional excursions

7. PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE / OPTIONAL TRAVEL SAFETY
In accordance with Community and Greek law (Presidential Decree 336/1996) we have insured our professional liability for the non-performance or improper performance of the contract by us with interamerican
The above professional liability insurance has nothing to do with travel insurance and apparently does not cover accidents, health problems etc.
We recommend and recommend to travelers an optional travel insurance package at an extremely low additional cost. This way you will enjoy your stress-free trip for the financial impact of any unexpected - unpleasant events.
